In June 2017 Bulgarian\u00a0<b>exports\u00a0to third countries<\/b>\u00a0<strong>grew by 23.1%<\/strong> compared to the corresponding month of the previous year and amounted to BGN 1 554.4 Billion.<\/p>\n<p>The data further show that in the period January &#8211; June 2017 compared to the same period of 2016 in the\u00a0<b>exports<\/b>\u00a0of Bulgaria to third countries distributed according to the\u00a0<b>Standard International Trade Classification<\/b>\u00a0the largest growths were recorded in the sections \u2018Manufactured goods classified chiefly by material\u2019 (55.6%) and \u2018Miscellaneous manufactured articles\u2019 2 (47.0%). The most notable fall was reported in section \u2018Food and live animals\u2019 (7.7%).<\/p>\n<p>In the period January &#8211; June 2017 compared to the same period of 2016 in the\u00a0<b>exports<\/b>\u00a0of Bulgaria to third countries distributed according to the\u00a0<b>Standard International Trade Classification<\/b>\u00a0the largest growths were recorded in the sections \u2018Manufactured goods classified chiefly by material\u2019 (55.6%) and \u2018Miscellaneous manufactured articles\u2019 2 (47.0%). The most notable fall was reported in section \u2018Food and live animals\u2019 (7.7%).<\/p>\n<p>In the period January &#8211; June 2017 compared to the same period of 2016 in the\u00a0<b>imports<\/b>\u00a0of Bulgaria from third countries distributed according to the\u00a0<b>Standard International Trade Classification<\/b>\u00a0the largest growths were recorded in the sections \u2018Crude materials, inedible (except fuel)\u2019 2 (86.4%) and \u2018Mineral fuel, lubricants and related materials\u2019 (46.0%).<\/p>\n<p>The foreign trade balance of Bulgaria (export FOB &#8211; import CIF) with third countries in the period January &#8211; June 2017 was negative and added up to BGN 1 613.3 Million.
