\nRight to erasure \u2013 \u0430 natural person for whom personal data are processed shall have the right to ask the controller to delete the personal data related to him. The controller shall assess if the grounds of Art. 17 from Regulation EU 2016\/679 applies.
\nRight to restrict the processing \u2013 a natural person for whom personal data are processed shall have the right to require the controller to restrict the processing of personal data related to him, in the presence of the grounds in Art. 18 item 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679.
\nRight of objection \u2013 a natural person for whom personal data are processed may at any time to object to the processing of personal data, including profiling and processing for direct marketing purposes.
\nRight of portability \u2013 a natural person for whom personal data are processed has the right to obtain personal data related to him in a structured, widely used and machine-readable form. If it\u2019s technically possible, the controller may transfer the data directly to another controller, under the express request of the natural person.
\nRight to file a complaint to the supervisory authority \u2013 The natural person has the right to file a complaint in front of supervisory authority, namely the Commission for personal data protection, which shall be filed in the form and requisites specified in the Personal Data Protection Act.
