Based on labour costs alone, Bulgaria<\/b> is ranked 12th<\/sup> in the study, behind Poland (10th<\/sup>) and ahead of Romania, (13th<\/sup>), Russia (17th<\/sup>) and Latvia (18th<\/sup>).<\/p>\n Another study, Tholons<\/b> 2016 Top 100 Outsourcing<\/b> Destinations, has ranked Bulgarian capital Sofia<\/b> among the cities in Eastern Europe<\/b> which are considered attractive for outsourcing<\/b> software, according to ZDNet.<\/p>\n Sofia<\/b> is 52nd<\/sup>, one position behind Tallinn and ahead of Ljubljana(54th) and Belgrade (95th). Romania\u2019s capital Bucharest is ranked 41st. The Eastern European country with most entries in the city\u00a0 ranking is Poland, with Krakow in 9th position, Warsaw in 25th, and Wroclaw 58th.<\/p>\n A.T.
