{"id":13646,"date":"2016-10-06T16:19:55","date_gmt":"2016-10-06T16:19:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sr-management.bg\/bulgaria-ranks-1st-europe-3rd-worldwide-foreign-investments\/"},"modified":"2016-10-06T16:19:55","modified_gmt":"2016-10-06T16:19:55","slug":"bulgaria-ranks-1st-europe-3rd-worldwide-foreign-investments","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sr-management.bg\/nl\/bulgaria-ranks-1st-europe-3rd-worldwide-foreign-investments\/","title":{"rendered":"Bulgaria Ranks 1st in Europe, 3rd Worldwide in Direct Foreign Investments in Outsourcing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to the annual ranking of Business Process\u00a0<strong>Outsourcing<\/strong>\u00a0and Shared Service Location Index 2015, Bulgaria is third in the world in terms of direct foreign investments attracted in the\u00a0<strong>outsourcing<\/strong>\u00a0sector and ranks first in Europe, stated Economy Minister Bozhidar\u00a0<strong>Lukarski<\/strong>\u00a0at the opening of the annual conference of the leaders of the European\u00a0<strong>Outsourcing<\/strong>\u00a0Association.<\/p>\n<h6>Minister\u00a0<strong>Lukarski<\/strong>\u00a0pointed out that our country is developing successfully as a destination for investments in the\u00a0<strong>outsourcing<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>IT<\/strong>\u00a0industry.<\/h6>\n<p>\u201cThe information and communications technologies sector and the\u00a0<strong>outsourcing<\/strong>\u00a0and business services sector are among the main engines for the opening of new jobs in the country. At the end of 2015, these stood at over 42,000,\u201d added Lukarski.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lukarski<\/strong>\u00a0underlined that the European\u00a0<strong>Outsourcing<\/strong>\u00a0Association did not pick Sofia randomly as a location for the launching of the initiative for the implementation of a\u00a0<strong>Global Standard<\/strong>\u00a0for the\u00a0<strong>Outsourcing<\/strong>\u00a0industry. He added that this is proof of the successful development of the sector in the country and well-deserved recognition for Bulgaria, which was declared\u00a0<strong>Outsourcing<\/strong>\u00a0Destination of the Year in 2015.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a venture which will ensure positive growth of the industry on a global scale and enhance the reputation of the sector via the implementation of standardized qualification programmes at every stage of providing\u00a0<strong>outsourcing<\/strong>\u00a0services,\u201d added Lukarski.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sr-management.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/investment-for-future-planning.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6516 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/sr-management.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/investment-for-future-planning-300x87.jpg\" alt=\"investment-for-future-planning\" width=\"300\" height=\"87\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sr-management.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/investment-for-future-planning-300x87.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sr-management.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/investment-for-future-planning-1024x298.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/sr-management.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/investment-for-future-planning-768x224.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sr-management.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/investment-for-future-planning.jpg 1030w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>According to him, the standard will improve the effectiveness and value of services for both suppliers and customers of the\u00a0<strong>outsourcing<\/strong>\u00a0industry, and contribute to increasing professionalism in the sector. The initiative started in Bulgaria will be joined by Russia, China, Spain, the USA, South Africa, Egypt, Albania and Poland.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne of our main priorities is to provide preconditions for the development of the country as a center for high technology services and industries by fulfilling the requirements of potential investors regarding the investment climate.
